W Spółdzielczym Domu Kultury Mieleckiej Spółdzielni Mieszkaniowej w Mielcu od połowy września trwają zajęcia plastyczne dla dzieci. W ośmiu grupach wiekowych w zajęciach uczestniczy ponad 150 dzieci w wieku 5 - 12 lat.
Zajęcia to nie tylko praca z kartką i kredkami, to wiele kreatywnych zajęć, które wyrabiają w dzieciach cierpliwość, wyobraźnię przestrzenną, logiczne myślenie, zdolność analizowania. Zajęcia plastyczne wyrabiają umiejętność koncentracji uwagi jak również bardzo stymulują wyobraźnię maluchów. Uczą również współpracy w grupie.
W SDK i filii na ul. Botanicznej zajęcia plastyczne cieszą się wielkim zainteresowaniem. Poprzez mnogość tematów, ale i poprzez różnorodne wykorzystanie materiałów zajęcia są bardzo atrakcyjne. - Pracujemy z dziećmi wykorzystując artykuły papiernicze i standardowo kojarzone z plastyką ale również materiały florystyczne czy inne zwykle wykorzystywane w dekoracji wnętrz. Dzieci malują, lepią, dekorują, wykonują biżuterię i przedmioty dekoracyjne.
